Winery Magazine Review: Fragrant nose of passion fruit, guava, lime curd, and star fruit. Medium-bodied with tangy acidity and a crisp, fruity palette"
Wine Folly descriptions (pg. 165): A unique tasting white wine with strong herbaceous flavors that are derived from compounds called methoxypyrazines. Notes of gooseberry, honeydew, grapefruit, white peach, and passion fruit. It is a wonderful pairing partner with herb-driven sauces, salty cheese, light meats, and asian food.
Personal Review:  Scents of passion fruit and tropical fruit were quite apparent when opening the bottle. However, the taste of the wine was a medium body with crisp flavors and some acids. I could get a hint of fruit but it definitely was not overpowering. Delicious bottle! I would definitely go for it again.
